Each newly constructed Villa has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen flow, with a separate bathroom and laundry. The electric hot water and heat pump installed will provide year-round comfort.

Both bedrooms offer quiet and pleasant living. There is also a separate generously sized wardrobe.

Balclutha township is located a few minutes drive from the village, where you can enjoy a range of local shops including fashion retailers, hairdressers, pharmacies, cafes, banking and postal services. The village is also near to the golf course, amazing beaches and scenic walks that the region has to offer.

For those with no transport, a weekly village van service is also available.

For Individuals who wish to experience additional adventure, Queenstown is located a 3 hour drive from the village.

The weekly village outgoing fee is $94 (charged monthly), This is a charge you pay as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
