Summer days, the beach, sun, sand and surf, fishing, swimming, relaxing with a good book, the children fossicking on the beach, family BBQs and family time together, this is what us Kiwis love to do and Jack had great vision when he built this homely and practical bach about 71 years ago.
Four generations of the same family have enjoyed a lifetime of memories and happy relaxed times here in Wainui. Elevated in a prime position and yes location is everything, this bach is open plan with 3 bunk rooms, a large double bedroom off the deck, 2 sleepouts and 2 caravans ensuing there is room for everyone to stay (Can sleep up to 16!).
The views over the bay and surrounding hills are just beautiful; there are no neighbours as the land bounds a reserve and farm land so it is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for enjoying the birdlife and the sound of the waves on the beach. Only a couple of minutes’ walk for a swim and great fishing and boating on your doorstep.
There is an open fire to keep things cosy in winter, plenty of parking with good access and the vendors are prepared to leave it fully furnished so all ready to just walk in and enjoy. Places like this seldom come to the market and this property is bound to be very sought after.
